I have been treated at Providence Urgent Care in the Roseland area of Santa Rosa several times over many years, and I’ve always been given the highest quality of care. One memorable visit was in 2019, and because of their fast diagnosis of a serious condition, I can honestly say they saved my life. Very unfriendly staff who make rude comments to patients.
So impressed with this urgent care. Easy to book an appointment, super fast and professional care. We were in and out before our appointment time was even supposed to begin, but it didn’t feel rushed, it just felt efficient. We got the appropriate diagnosis for our son and gave him proper care. This place is great!
Our 10 year old has a wrist injury after a soccer game on Saturday 11am. We call and ask them if they accept our insurance, lady says yes, then we reply we’re on our way and she says “Do you have a reservation? Oh you don’t, sorry we don’t have openings today” my reply “Thank you next time my son schedule to have a fracture I’ll make sure to call in advance to get a reservation”. Point is an Urgent Care shouldn’t function as a yoga saloon.
