We went there from scheduling online, maybe 5-7 minutes tops we were in the room. The first person came into the room took vitals. And asked a couple questions. When the doctor came in. She had a rude tone and told us that for the abdominal pain because they don’t have the equipment. Which I understand. But we also went there for a doctors note for work. She said to go to the hospital. Last two time we went they at least wrote us doctor notes. not very happy. Did not feel like I was taken seriously.
We were at the reception because of the child was sick. Everything went very well. The doctors are responsive. I am satisfied with the visit.
We went here for a simple ear issue, as we’ve done at other Providence urgent cares. The visit was fine, but we later received a $400 bill because this location was out of network. I understand it’s our responsibility to confirm coverage, but since other Providence urgent cares were in-network, it would’ve been reasonable for staff to flag this when they saw our insurance card.
