Closing and all activities up to the closing were a breeze. Great communication, all paperwork was correct and the staff was very accommodating. Will use them for future transactions.
Do Not use Providence title Southlake. Horrible, horrible. Very unprofessional. Completely messed up our closing in delays and payments. They are cluless.
THE WORST TITLE COMPANY EVER. PROVIDENCE SCREWED US OVER BIG TIME. THEY COULDNT GET OUR PAPERWORK TOGETHER ON DAY OF CLOSING. DIDNT WIRE THE FUNDS ON SCHEDULED DAY AND DIDNT PAY OFF LOAN ON TIME. DO NOT USE THIS TITLE CO. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL
