My visit was to the Heart Institute for tests and imaging. The staff was mostly helpful and explained things well. The only hitch was an imaging which I was told would take 10-15 minutes. I was on the table for close to an hour in an uncomfortable position. I don't know exactly what happened, but after an hour there was a new technician and I was told the original technician was at lunch.
