The scheduling nurse was very rude. She said I should have scheduled way before the time I did. I got the appointment on Friday at 5:00 and the office was closed. I called Monday morning to confirm and that was when the person who answered the phone was rude. The nurses for the procedure were excellent.

When you call ahead of time and speak to the clinic manager to select a doctor who can meet your needs, she reassures you this one in particular is fine with your request, then you walk in, the receptionist is bassing 90s dance hits from a loud portable speaker on her and can't even greet you with a smile, has a bratty attitude then tells you the doctor is sick but plans to see you anyway.
