I can’t say enough about Dr. Jazmin Matlock. The time, care and genuine interest in my care meant more than she will know! As someone with multiple medical issues, Dr. Matlock took the time to listen and understand what I was experiencing, as well as had a clear cut plan on how to address quickly. Between her and Dr. Sorenson, best OB care team around! Thank you all for your dedicated care for others :)

I got a referral from my PCP. I called after two weeks of no call and was told that there is a 6 to 7 week waiting period where the OB has to review my referral. My referral came with all current/recent labs and ultrasounds. My doctor and I went out of our way to get this all done so we didn’t have to wait forever to get an appointment and jump through a bunch of hoops. TLDR: Their ultrasounds are absurdly expensive. If your insurance does not pay for ultrasounds, price check before you go. The providers have always been lovely to me, and as such I am still giving them 3 stars. However, they have absurd billing practices. I was pregnant in 2024 and got a 1st trimester standard ultrasound (CPT code 76801). They billed my insurance $221 dollars, which was negotiated down to $186 dollars. I am now pregnant in 2026 and I had the same ultrasound (same CPT code 76801). They billed my insurance $1... read more

I was here in the past for my two pregnancies and had little to no trouble scheduling as needed, providers at that time were good and front office was helpful. But today…… I called twice today to attempt to schedule a GYN consult and was told it takes 7 weeks to process a referral from my PCP, then another 4-6 weeks to schedule an appointment even though my PCP is Providence and even though I am a past patient of record. She recommended I call around. I verified my insurance does not require referrals so I called back and wh... read more
