Avoid this place at all cost! On 09-02-2025 my wife had a procedure on her right arm at this facility. In Pre-Op Dr Satterfield, the Anesthesiologist, administered Versed without permission. An allergy to this drug Is well documented in her Chart. After he administered it, I asked him what he had given? He responded "Versed." I told him she had an allergy to this, and I pointed to the "RED ALLERGY" arm band. I then ashed if he had read her chart. During surgery, Adhesive tape was used. Staffing issue at this facility avoid if you can. Safe practices have been thrown to the wind.
Nurse Carly is the sweetest person I have ever met, and she made my day amazing (even with the surgery). She is a literal angel. All of the other nurses were also awesome!
