For Dr. Daniel, zero empathy. I took my sick children to him, and he refused to treat me because one of them was crying. What kind of doctor is he? What am I supposed to do? Leave my son in the car? It's impossible. They should remove him because he's no good as a doctor.
I say in waiting room for an hour and everyone keep coming in way after me but called before me and they told me they got on list before they got here ......it's first come first serve I'll never come to this place again they discriminate and are rude they think I should just sit here while everyone else gets called that's crappy and that's discrimination
When am urgent care can't routinely open at 7am when they say they will be open... 7:15 and lights are not even on. This is not the first time.
I was having my first anaphylactic reaction, used my EpiPen, and wasn’t sure of the next step. I called Providence Urgent Care on Stewart and asked if I should go to them or the ER. They said to come on in to them and their physician would analyze me. I double checked they would be able to see me since they were one hour to close and they said yes. Went there this morning. Was able to get right in to a room. Tracy the drs assistant was amazing, very kind and considerate! Then Scott the Dr ( not sure if he is a nurse practitioner) came in. He also was very kind and considerate and explained everything very well. Would highly recommend them!
