Went there for a travel consult for an upcoming trip. The front desk staff was satisfactory, the provider gave me many different vaccine options with the chance of developing the illness without them while I was there. When she found out I wanted to be fully protected and came knowledgeable on what I desired, she recommended everything I needed. Even after the appointment she sent me a message recommending a covid and flu shot if I hadn't one this year. Now I feel fully prepared for my upcoming trip. Although I haven't seen ... read more

Very nice staff, but it is ridiculously expensive. Add up the consultation, the shots and the admin fee(?) on some of the shots, and it was almost 2k for 2 people. Ended up getting it all for $0 with medicare at a national pharmacy chain that starts with W.

Avoid - if you can. There are multiple layers of fees added on to your consult. The travel clinic on its own is great. Everything about the staff & provider was good - they were all courteous & knowledgeable. But the travel consult charges were outrageous! First there is the travel consultation fee ($130/person) plus there is the admin fee ($60/person) on top off the fees related to each vaccine shot prescribed per your travel destination. "You are the next person in line" for the call - on hold for 30 minutes! When I asked the receptionist why the one call took so long, she explained that there are 3 queues! Umm..That would have been helpful to know. Receptionist was rude, couldn't care less about the services or the people she was serving. The clinic is charging 1/3 more for immunizations than other clinics. Providence Health Services should be embarrassed of this branch of their operations.
