Trying to call to schedule and appointment and they just drop the call every time I select 1 to schedule. I then called multiple times and selected 4 for other and it just sent me back to the prerecorded message. Cannot get through to a real person to schedule. Can anyone from Providence Saint Vincent help with this?
You will get robbed going here. The medical experts were extremely kind and helpful. However, they extremely overcharged me despite my insurance coverage, unable to contact their billing department with full voice mail. Looking to file a dispute. FOLLOWUP: Had a challenging time finding the right department to contact, eventually got a refund for over $100 otherwise they were going to keep the extra money "to use as credit for future visits," and took weeks after to get my refund cashed in once I requested it. The techs are mostly wonderful. However… reception has a problem. I’ve been to this department way too many times unfortunately. Twice I’ve noted the same kind of attitude from one particular receptionist. MICROAGRESSIONS towards patients. I know this is not very common, but it does happen. There is one receptionist that seems to take particular fancy to antagonizing patients. Today was another example of that. Before I mention the negative, I’d like to say that I was a walk-in. Call here if you want to be ignored. They do not answer the phone. The best you can do is leave a message and hope they call back
