Disrespectful to not only my mother but to 2 other patients I overheard. Mistreats minors and elders. Stole my mother’s walker and ‘replaced’ it with one that is clearly worse than the one my mother had. They don’t communicate with their patients at all. Made my mother sit in a room for 2 days for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Nurses on the 3rd floor, in ER, and those who do transportation with wheelchairs are the worst. Our loved one who was only 23 years old died at this hospital. There were nurses and doctors, like Amanda, Davota, Sam, and Dr Wong, a great respiratory therapist named Ricky and a nephrologist (whose name I can’t remember) that were very kind and we really liked. But our loved one was neurodivergent and very ill and we feel overall his experience was overwhelming and scary and there was not enough consideration for the needs of people with autism.
