I needed to get an EKG test, and Nurse Cynthia S turned it into such a positive experience. Even though I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed, she took the time to talk with me, explain everything in a simple and reassuring way, and helped me feel calm. I truly LOVED the experience. Thank you for being such a compassionate and incredible nurse!
The wait time is insane 6 hours and more. I can not believe it.
