After more then a 4 hour delay to have my first of two procedures (angiogram, 2nd TEE) my wife tried to track down a nurse, and finally just called the Providence St V’s heart clinic, she was transferred to 3 different people, and the last person was no help, in fact she was the rudest person we had encountered that day. No communication, personal was unhelpful, and rude.

Inattentive and unresponsive. Changed doctors after many failed attempts to speak with Dr Morss in person after open heart surgery.
Poor communication and attention to patient care.
