It's been 3 years of continued care with this clinic. I am so thankful for every one who works there.
I have been coming here for about a year and a half. I initially liked it, I felt very heard by my nurse Sarah Huntington. I have had issues that have brought me in and out of here quite a bit in the last year and TWICE now they have not ordered the lab that I went in to get. So I pay my copay, usually my insurance charges me more as well, and I don't even get the test result that I went in for. Predatory and unorganized. I've had much better care at Expresscare.
I have been very pleased with my doctor's so far! I had a couple long waits but there was a reason each time. I feel like each time I went I got excellent care.

I was able to get in sooner than the other clinic in town and they were nice enough but trying to get someone to get back in touch with me after having imaging completed has been a nightmare. Reached out 3x via phone and never got very far so finally sent a MyChart message. I ended up requesting my own imaging and report to be scanned into my chart only to be told by their staff via MyChart that they have not yet received imaging or report. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
