Very helpful and curtious.
These people are horrible at communicating. #1. They INSISTED that i wait while they dinked around and performed the surgery. #2. They promised to update her condition to me after surgery, and no one showed up to do that!! Completely ignored me. #3. When i tried to contact them, nobody knew where she was, if she was out of surgery, if in recovery, or where! This is outrageous!! So so inept! #4. Don't expect to be treated with any respect at this corporation of self importance!
