The food service department is an utter joke. Food arrives cold, doesn’t come as described in the menu. Plus there is no process for complaints. Like complaint cards for how did we do and what can we do to improve. Seems all they do is mess up orders
I am waiting with a friend for 80 min on the ER waiting room. Not impressed. My friend has chest pain, headache, nausea and a bp of 200/120. Was triaged and had ECG which was shown to the Dr. and is supposedly OK. They aren’t addressing the high BP. Would not recommend this ER and we are both former ER nurses and agreed we would not have a pt with these symptoms and vitals waiting this long.
