The folks at the cancer center are awesome.
Business response:
Thanks for the great compliment, Tim! We happen to think our teams in the cancer center are pretty awesome, too. 👍 🤩
I had the rudest encounter with your employee at the COVID testing sight. I cancelled my procedure because of her.
Business response:
Karen, we sorry you had a poor experience. Please don't let that stop you from getting the care you need, especially if you think you may have COVID. There are usually alternative arrangements available if you ask. We hope you will return for testing and put your health first.
My father was admitted through the Emergency Department during the COVIID pandemic for several days (not for COVID) and the staff were all great at communicating with us regularly as we were not allowed in the hospital due to the restrictions. The Doctor , nurses and support staff did a great job - Thank you

My wife has had several treatments there as well as myself. i had spent years going to Walla Walla General, but recently after that hosp closed, we have all received excellent care from this facility and it's fine collection of Docs. Now if your expecting to get the care you would from a level 4 trauma center like Harborview then of course you'll be disappointed, but for a small rural hospital this facility gives above average care.
Excellent care and thank you so much for your help!
My husband and I have always received top notch care at St Mary’s, in the E.R., the ICU, and on the medical floors. We’ve had same-day and longer-admission surgeries & recovery and have always been treated with kindness and complete professionalism. I feel safe at St Mary’s. My only complaint is that the food is generally not that good and isn’t available on demand (when the patient is hungry rather than only served at certain inflexible times of day).
they are extremely rude, and judgemental. this hospital is complete trash. Good luck getting any respect for this hospital. I was born here and they are 1000% crap to people.
