Giving a 2 star because there a few good doctors who still care but majority of them don’t. You are better off with google AI diagnosing you. The doctor I saw kept telling me everything was fine and normal and then dismissed me. If everything was normal, why did I did I make an appointment? What a waste of time! You are better off driving the hour out of Polson to get a quality doctor.
I just got lectured by one of the nurses and when I went in my nurse was kinda rude. I felt like they don't want me there
My daughter was knocked unconscious at a softball game and we had to call an ambulance. When we arrive to the ER we were treated like we made it up. She had blood on one side of her face. She didn't get any sort of imaging done...no xray (her head was flipped back and hit the ground) no mri, no CT. We were asked to clean the blood from her face. If you are dying, it's better to risk the extra 20 minutes to drive to Ronan. Every single year we have a bad experience with this place either dealing with insufficient care or horrible customer service. There is a reason many people in Polson drive out of town for care even in emergencies.
