For adult emergency/ICU services our experience with the staff from the doctors to case management and nursing has been awful. Most concerning is the lack of proper standards in care. Since Providences’ affiliation it’s apparent cost is the first concern over patient well being. You’d never know it by the fancy banners claiming compassionate care and all the awards. My favorite hospital ! So why did i give them a ? Lets say say it started when they discharged my 85 year old mother after they did a series of tests which i have no complain, but for one reason, she was in no shape to go home! After making a spectacle of myself telling them that if somdthing happened to my mother on the eay home , it wasnt going to look good for them.
