Very nice security guy took care of me and my husband when I was clearly ill. he made our lives easier with the parking when I just really needed help asap. he took care of me by pushing me on a wheel chair while I waited for my husband, he even sang a little peaceful song. The are so rude in the ER it's sad they 2 worried about get there but up from there And there coffee. U ask 4 help they look at u with the stink eye or roll there eyes at u they are lucky am so worried about any other day I snatch it would of been on

Very old hospital. Air-conditioning didn’t even work for days. Have to bring our own fans Some nurses are absolutely amazing and the work they do. However, there are others that do the bare minimum. There isn’t consistency in care. We are an awful physician that finally got replaced after complaining If you unfortunately, have a family member hospitalized there. Make sure you’re there to advocate for them otherwise they are likely going to have less than ideal care

I took a friend to the ER for an unstable rapid atrial rhythm. She was pale and having signs of cardiogenic shock 1 week after a cardiac procedure, I told the staff at the door that she was having a cardiac event and needed to be seen right away. Then I had to move my car to a spot on the other side of the hospital. I hurried back, she was still waiting and the triage nurse failed to take her back for a 12 lead.
