It’s deeply disappointing to have to write a review like this about a hospital I once trusted and respected. My intention is not to criticize unfairly, but to bring attention to serious lapses in patient care that should never happen. No patient should ever feel neglected or unsafe while recovering under your care. I had jaw surgery here on October 15th. Recently had a procedure done at St.Joseph and the experience was as good as it gets. The O.R staff was great and the staff that helped with my recovery made sure I had everything I needed to stay comfortable. They checked on me regularly they made me feel like I was at home surrounded by family. I also want to add that the food offered through room service was restaurant quality, really good stuff. Hopefully I will never need their services again but if I do im checking myself into St. Joseph's.
