My therapist Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has great sensitivity in knowing how much to stretch and work my shoulder. I appreciate what he has done with my shoulder that was very stiff after waiting 3 months for surgery and becoming moderately to severely frozen. That said one particular office staff is very rude, dismissive, disrespectful and dishonest. She has lied and humiliated me when I was just coming to check in. My physical therapist here is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me feel significantly better. Unfortunately, I was left feeling humiliated by an office staff upon being unable to find the entrance due to construction and was in tears upon being told I could not schedule out (my physical therapist gets booked out) due to one late cancellation. I hope to get this issue resolved or my rating will go to a one if I am no longer allowed to schedule out so I can actually see my physical therapist as needed.
