Ha. Had carotid surg scheduled. 1st, why check in at Sacred Heart when Institute is where we go? Guide led us(myself & gent in 70s) to Stairs instead of elevator¿¿ Gent struggled down 4 flights. I’ve been going to them for three years with complaints of breathlessness, extremely fatigue, irregular heart beat. They never order tests other than an Echo every other year and it’s because I have been pushing for it. I Usually just complete the short EKG in office despite continued complaints. They’ve been dismissing me too long so I left town and met with a cardiologist/pulmonologist clinic. Just diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy. The staff is caring and knowledgeable.
Great group of professionals and friendly staff. Though I am very appreciative I would comment that they are real slow on following up with test results. I’m still waiting on results of a Holter Monitor and it creates stress I don’t need.
Man very hard to get threw to I have waited and waited on the phone for them to pick up more than one time also left it to where they can call me back and nothing has happened. All I want is to set a appointment for a referral that my PC entered.
