the most uncompassionate pcps i have ever encountered. i am suffering immensely both physically and mentally after their negligence.
Dr Burton and Chelsea have been there since the birth of our first child and they have been nothing but spectacular! Super friendly staff especially Sarah who always greets us with a smile, Highly recommended for anyone who needs a doctor’s office to take care of them and their family!
This office has been beyond disappointing. There is no kindness, no helping me out simply if I call with a question, just attitude from the nurse. I worked in medical clinics, this clinic is not somewhere I feel comfortable and im beyond frustrated. If I cancel 23 hours from my appointment, in the middle of the day with plenty of time to schedule another patient, why am I still being charged a no-show? This is undoubtedly the worst medical office I’ve ever visited in 40 years. Receptionist are rude and I overheard them gossiping about a patients medical history violating HIPAA policy.
After being under Dr. Monteiro’s care for five years, I can confidently say she failed me as a primary care provider. Despite bringing up serious and persistent health issues multiple times, she dismissed everything as anxiety (which she also failed treating) without appropriate testing or follow-up. She ignored clear signs of more serious conditions and made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid.
