i came to see an apartment for my grandparents and they treat me very nice, and this is definitely the place I need for my grandparents.
I moved my mother in years ago and it was kept cleaned and well maintained. However the new management company does not! The place is extremely dirty, elevators are always out - this being a 55+ facility makes elevators very important for people in wheelchairs or walkers, the irrigation has been broken, the pool is not kept cleaned, the staff are rarely at work and when they are there- they are not concerned. They do not manage this complex - they work for a paycheck only and do not care about the people living there.
Everything is pictured just as the pictures. Love the area and the upkeep of the property
