If I could give no stars I would. You have to diagnose yourself, nobody will take you seriously. In October I had a kidney stone lodge and make my kidney swollen, I’m told that’s not the cause of my pain and am looked like as if I’m drug seeking. I was there 3 times in October then started seeing Konkle in urology. She states my tests look beautiful I’m young there’s nothing to worry about. The staff: NPs. Drs. MAs. Admin staff. all techs on my care team are AMAZING. They are so thorough and work diligently to keep me and my health up and running. The past two years my husband’s health declined and my ability to care for him has been compromised by my health issues. Major issues affecting my mobility has been tough. My care team has gone the extra mile. A huge shout out of thanks to the clinic and all the staff!
I used to hate this hospital for many many years!! They treated myself and many folks I know like outsiders, lesser thans and unequals. Very sad indeed🤒 However, over the last 21/2 years I've nearly died...once with RSV, now with pneumonia and a bit of a heart failure. They are working hard to sort all this out but my shattered little heart {broken by loves heartbreaks} is trying so very hard to keep my lungs breathing and my oxygen levels above 71%... I want to start out with the poor upper management that is causing massive turnover rates in this clinic. The upper management is dishonest and has been accused of slander and falsifying information of employees. I do not support this type of unethical behavior. It is causing stress on the entire clinic.
