Grace was amazing, compassionate and respectful and listened. The other providers I met with did a lot more damage than good and did not listen or seem to honestly care. I am scarred by my experiences with them. A patient should never feel unsafe or like they have no say in their treatment or that their life is something to be negotiated. Also. A patient should never ever have to educate a doctor.
Marian C Hull was extremely dismissive. No empathy, warmth, and made me feel like I had to defend myself at every turn. Negated my symptoms and rushed the visit. Did not ask clarifying questions and stated it was my anxiety just because years ago I was diagnosed when I said I know my own body and they were all clear physical symptoms. Would not recommend any friends or family see this MD unless you want to feel like never trusting a "doctor" again...

This is my third visit since a September 17 ER visit. Each visit is related to the initial one. Each visit was professional, competent and.... Off The Charts in terms of personal and caring attention. Every member of staff i have interacted with was genuinely pleasant and primarily concerned about my welfare. More so than hospitals in Olympia, WA for sure!!
CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE? The providers, staff, and managers here are bullies, some by ignorance, others purposely. They do not know how to or do not want to handle any patient except the easiest patients. For example, they are clueless about how to work with autists and clueless (or they just don't care) about how their willful ignorance is harming the people they, as a government-funded "charity", should be most obligated to protect and help. To protect yourself from manipulation, lies, and all the worsening of your situat... read more
