Overall the experience was alright. I got scheduled in a timely manner with Krista. Krista was nice and on-time most of the time. The problem came when Krista started to step out of her lane and out of her field of expertise. See, I was only going to physical therapy to prove to my insurance company that I had exhausted all measures before having Neurosurgery. Disappointed. Extreem pain after first appointment. Could hardly walk for 4 days. Contacted therapist by phone, reception said contact her by mychart or email, which I did, no response. So canceled all future appointments.

Easily one of the worst. Receptionist was rude. I was on time for every appointment, and still had to wait (even with the first appointment of the day). Sessions were always cut short. They didn't take my injury seriously, they did not want to see me get back to 100%. Insurance companies must have leverage with these folks- they will leave you with this impression. Awesome experience! Cody has been the most helpful instructive P/T person I have ever worked with! He knows how to make progress smoothly and safely. I couldn't believe how fast my shoulder was improving after months of pain and stiffness. I regained full range of motion with Zero pain! Highly recommended!!
