I have been going to this location for many years and have always received great care. I am upset that Providence has decided to close this location. They are not offering where the doctors are going to be practicing, they only give 4 Facey’s urgent care location. Not my first choice.
Came in 9am on a weekday with 1 person ahead of me and it still took them 2 hours just to see me. They also messed up my DOB in my chart so I have to wait much longer than expected. If staffing and nurses are the issue here, this location should be well staffed. I spent 3 hours just to be seen and the processing here is very slow. Go to other urgent care if you want to be seen quickly. This location is not reliable, very slow and not very “urgent”. Providence is a great company but this location shows otherwise. I’ve been a patient here several times over the past 5 years and I always receive prompt and compassionate care.
I had a minor medical issue on the 4th of July. I showed up right when they opened, and I was out in under an hour. The staff and doctor I saw were wonderful! I was dreading how much time it would take on a holiday, and I was pleasantly surprised. The nurse even found a pharmacy close by that was open on the holiday. I can't say enough good things about them!
They made me wait an hour for a flu shot. At the end I asked the front office, how much longer should I wait? 10 more minutes she answered. Asked her to cancel my appointment after an hour. It seems doctors were tired. I heart one of them telling front office “no more patient”. Unbelievable and this is PPO.
