A family member had a venomous spider bite which had seriously affected her Myasthenia Gravis. She had been told by her physician to go directly to ER when she experienced weakness and difficulty in breathing on the level she was experiencing. The reason I am rating this ER 1 star instead of zero is for the security guard who saw her struggling and got her a wheel chair and her assigned nurse, Mike, took her situation seriously.
