I had my first visit as a new patient with this clinic in March 2023. My annual physical is never billed with my insurance so I was surprised to find I was still being charged $15. When I called the billing department the rep never gave her name and was totally rude when I asked why? I was told it was due to having a discussion but isn't that what physicals are for?
