Technician who did my ultrasound looked at my breast and said, "Oh wow. You're swollen." I told her that's just how I was (because I have dense breast tissue). She then said, "Oh, I guess you're just perky then." It made me feel very uncomfortable. They don't care about customer feedback.

I love the comfort and care that I have always been shown here. There is a tremendous level of professionalism and empathy for women.

Lee is a lifesaver! This was my first mammogram, and I was very anxious. The whole staff made a point to be very patient and respectful. Even the person who scheduled my appointment gave me lots of information on how to make the process more comfortable. Lee was very patient and explained every step of the way so that I felt at ease. It was nowhere near as painful as I feared it would be. It was a great experience. I’m so grateful. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes very efficient.

Ask for Valium and take ibuprofen AND acetaminophen prior if you’re getting a biopsy. It’s unsettling that medical staff act like we women should be sober for getting clamped into a machine in a cold room, face down and stabbed in the breast with needles. The staff was very kind but I was majorly traumatized after a biopsy here, they failed to get the tissue over and over, but I couldn’t move for the needle in my breast for over an hour! Thinking about it still upsets me. It was worse than my future mastectomy and in fact, t... read more
