I live out of state and have a family member who is a patient at Sacred Heart in Spokane. I have had interactions with the operator,nurses,Dr.s,social workers and various other employees. I have first hand knowledge that all persons have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond what one would expect to assist me and keep me informed. I will forever remember how very kind and supportive SACRED HEART HOSPITAL was to myself and my family.

I would give negative stars if I could. If you are a drug addict, this is the hospital for you. If you are a normal person, avoid this place if you at all can. This hospital ignores patients with signs of internal bleeding from high speed car wrecks and heart attack symptoms in older people for 5+ hours, while speeding in every obvious drug seeking tweaker that stops in for complaints of sniffles and a fever or an upset tummy or anxiety. Why are you limiting visitors? Your staff comes and goes, exposed to illnesses in and outside of work yet you chastise and browbeat loved ones. I am suspicious of any entity that isolates and makes policies that are illogical.
