these staff members are completely ridiculous, make sure not to go there to visit someone and not to call when you have a question bc the attitude that will come out of there mouths is insane. Would not trust my child here if i were you

All Providence clinics and hospitals will not partner with parents in adolescent and teen health care. My daughter is 13 and requested that I be her medical advocate. She wanted me to have access to her medical records and be able to make appointments on her behalf through MyChart. She does not have a phone/internet access to download the app or view her MyChart. Went to the ER. Told the ER doctor what was wrong with me. He began to berate me, he didn't know what was wrong with me and that he didn't have a magic wand to fix me. No one asks for that. We tell you our symptoms to let you know what is going on with us. Not to pull tricks out of your bag. If you don't know what is wrong with a patient and you don't know how to fix them, then change professions. Big shot ER doctors inept to to treat people's symptoms. The care from All the nurses and staff have been exceptional. I understand The duties of a nurse include providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vitals etc. What makes my nurses stand out on the 4th floor surgical care floor….Andy and Kelly stand out is the additional time they took to get to know me outside of this hospital environment.
