The Linda in the CICU is so rude and hostile on the phone for people who are trying to see there loved ones. Very sad to be treated with such hostility in the CICU. Not a pleasant experience. She represents the whole facility.

The Karen’s SH has running their front desk really need a lesson in tact before ya’ll end up in litigation.
