The Karen’s SH has running their front desk really need a lesson in tact before ya’ll end up in litigation. We’d been visiting my mom in pairs for the past week until yesterday when some super trooper at the front desk decided just then was the time to enforce the hiterto unknown rule of 18 years old or younger.
