We’ve now lived here for 8 months and it’s been the worst renting experience we’ve ever had. I’ll get straight to the issues: 1. Lack of help from the front office. Nobody seems to have any idea what’s going on or what they’re doing. We saw this during the application process which was a red flag, but we decided to move in anyway and customer service is still deficient.
