I highly recommend Providence Roofing and Justin Smith. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained the repair process clearly. We've had 3 roof leaks in 5yrs and the house is less than 6 yrs old. They found that the roof vents were improperly installed and replaced all roof vents, pipe boots and damaged shingles. They were prompt, professional, courteous and left the area clean.
I’m so thankful I found Justin Smith and Providence Roofing. When a tree landed on my roof - they came out that same week and repaired the damage and helped me deal with the insurance company. Given I’ve never had to deal with a roofing issue before - Justin answered all my questions no matter how small or silly I thought they were - he is an excellent representative for his company.

I’m very pleased with my new roof. Don Ashley was a pleasure to work with, provided a prompt estimate, and communicated with me throughout the process. Since this was a first roofing experience for me, I was not prepared for the jarring that took place up there! A light fixture fell from my ceiling and broke. They did reimburse me for it.
