I’m so glad I went with Providence Roofing! Richard was fantastic and answered all my initial questions, and never made me feel pressured. He coordinated for me to see actual samples which made my decision on color much easier. He also was great about communicating with me through the process, ensuring I knew when to expect the crew. Mark was my sales rep on my Roof and Gutters. He was by far the most professional individual I could have worked with and walked me through about every scenario possible. He explained every detail of the process thoroughly and I was able to understand exactly what I was getting into from the start. I cannot say enough great things about Ashley and his team. After dealing with a garage fire in August, I stressed and struggled to find companies I felt I could trust to complete the repairs properly.
