Terrible experience with the person answering the phones. This was the second time I called and I’m pretty certain it was the same lady who is extremely rude and dismissive. I was trying to ask basic questions about what I need to do to be seen there and she was really just trying to get me off the phone like I didn’t deserve to be seen there. I’m past due on my medication and I’m just trying to find a doctor who can see me and prescribe the medication that I need.
I also have had rude behavior from people in this clinic I wish the people would take a class in professionalism an ethical behavior towards those who pay their wages it would be nice
I have been bounced through multiple doctors and clinics with no answers in sight, feeling like no one would genuinely listen to my symptoms and examine my medical history. Dr. Muntean was thoughtful, curious and took me very seriously. Genuinely the first time I’ve felt seen in a doctors office in a long, long time. I couldn’t recommend Providence Rheumatology more. From their receptionists, intake to my actual appointment I was treated so kindly.
Called to make an appt with a Dr referral. Receptionist/scheduler was extremely rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her calling. She was very short on the phone and made audible sighs. I work in healthcare and her customer service skills were very unprofessional. I would be written up for treating a patient like that.
I was treated like an annoyance for trying to get a prescription refilled about a week after I placed it with my pharmacy. I don't know the backend systems that the pharmacy and the clinic uses. I'm treated like I should know and I'm held at the mercy of whether or not someone is kind enough to help me when I call.
