I had to have orthopedic surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota for a rare disease. I had orders to get imaging done while back at home in Oregon and took my prescription here I do not recommend coming here for getting imaging. The medical records department isn’t staffed and despite my prescription request to send imaging over to the Mayo Clinic - the department didn’t. Regarding imaging- the tech was kind, but unsure how to take images my surgeon requested, and sighted subpar imaging as the best she could do. My... read more
The staff and technicians who did my MRI are probably some of the absolute sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful and wonderful human beings I have ever come across in a medical setting. I was absolutely shocked by the amount of compassion shown. I would come here again and again without a doubt. Y’all are doing a stupendous job, keep it up!
Could use better exterior building signage. Tough for first time visitors! A ton of construction around the site right now….a slalom course!
