Note: My complaint is largely with the broker, who is still with the company. I regret hiring Providence to sell my home. I assumed that because I knew and trusted my agent, everything would be fine, but things got complicated. I now know that brokers play a huge role in home sales, but Providence’s brokers did not rise to the challenge.
