Was probably the worst renting experience I've had thus far, on lease agreement my wife and I signed with them they had requested a $250 pet security deposit per pet. Now naturally hearing deposit made me and my wife figure it would be refundable to be told after moving out it was a fee. Even when it's notated in contract as security deposit.
