I rented a duplex in Green Hills from Providence for three and a half years. I absolutely loved my duplex and the people at Providence were always quick to respond if any issues arose. I really appreciated that they were generally pretty hands off unless there was an issue, in which case they were readily available. The only reason I ended my time with Providence was to relocate to Spring Hill, I would definitely recommend and would lease again through them in the future!
We have been renters in a condo for five years managed by Providence Real Estate Group in the Green Hills area. We have been very pleased working with them as they have always made themselves available if any issues arose. They have been prompt and quick to resolve problems so have been great to work with. They are friendly, reasonable and just good people that I would recommend as a great management team to work with.
My husband and I rented a duplex unit managed by Providence for just over two years. Great experience. Jeff was easy to communicate with, rent remained reasonable, and maintenance issues were always fixed promptly. Would highly recommend!

Rented from Providence for 2 years and would did it again tomorrow. They were easy to deal with, responsive to any questions or maintenance requests, and offered reasonable rent in a great location. They are trustworthy as far as refunding deposits and following through on what they say. Couldn't ask for a better rental experience and would highly recommend renting from Providence.
