Definitely the worst one I have ever seen!
My spouse and I rented a home with Providence for 2 years, and cannot say enough wonderful things. Jeff Newman was excellent to work with, communicative, friendly, and honest. In a city that has no shortage of less-than-savory property management companies, Providence was a breath of fresh air. And I *rarely* write reviews - but Providence & Jeff deserves it!
If you dont mind paying $5k in inspection fees and a $500 cancellation fee or a 5k auction fee to Sean after they list for half the contracted price, ghost you, and then put a lean on your title under a different company's name, then sign their exclusive seller contract today and be burned like I am
