Took two months for first appointment after referral, then they cancelled pre appointment and rescheduled a month later. THEN they cancelled THAT one and tried to reschedule 4 months later. When asking to speak to their manager, the supervisor hung up on me. Unbelievable. DON'T USE THEM!!!
Very bad patient/office staff communication, the worst ever! Cannot get important medical questions and concerns addressed! It’s been months that I’ve been waiting for a simple answer about my meds and their excuse is that the doctors out!
Dr. NYQUIST, Pulmonary doctor is great. Very knowledgeable and he's helping me manage my COPD which has improved greatly. Office and medical assistants very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
I cancelled my appointment with them via online. I do not want to reschedule at this time and yet I can't contact them after hours via voicemail, MyChart or other. I receive voicemails and a my chart letter from them trying to contact me to reschedule an appointment. I work during the day and don't take phone calls. During my breaks and lunch they are either closed for lunch or I'm put on hold. There is no other way to contact them, but they sure can contact me. Talk about a double standard!
DO NOT DO IT. DM me for details. I'm telling you. Don't do it.
