I can’t thank this place enough. It is the reason why I’m alive. They’ve always have terrific care and very LGBTQ+ friendly space even going out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. Not only did I have a crisis twice but also need special care beyond that.
Dr. Christopher Hellecksonis the absolute worst provider I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m 60 years old! He’s cruel, unprofessional and condescending!! He is not willing to consider the patient or other care providers input. He’s in the wrong profession…when I first saw him I was in one of the worst places I’ve ever been and he mocked me. Unfortunately this has been the worst experience I’ve ever received during my existence. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. Cedar Creek integrated health is where you should be.
The office staff and care providers have been friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of psychiatric support. You will likely need a referral from your primary care provider.
Dr. Willoughby was my psychiatrist before he retired, I sought him on my own, so I was listened to about what I wanted to do, and he listened to me. It was the very best experience I ever had with a psychiatrist. He respected me as another human being.
