Called for an appointment. Scheduled 3 months out. Day of appointment arrives and it was cancelled because she was ill. I asked if that meant another 3 month wait. Then they told me she was changing roles at the beginning of the month. The only options they had for me were one of two men. I told them I didn’t want to see a man. I was told those were my only two choices. So after 3 months waiting, I am now looking at another 2-3 months wait to see someone else at a different group. i seen helkinson in Spokane i was treated like i didnt matter they didnt give any meds a chance he lied to the cops to get them at my front door about what i had said be lied on the my chart of our conversation and i have proof of that i didnt appreciate to suffer like i did. he was taught by that dei crap because i was a white male i was not important and made me feel that way no one person in Providence did anything for me to help my mental health all they wanted is the hospital that would have done me NO good if they woul... read more

I just tried to make an appointment for my daughter who has severe anxiety and struggles to talk to people. The lady i spoke to was very condescending when she informed me my daughter is 18 and would have to call for herself. Im finally able to make an appointment for her but can't because she's unable to make the call herself.

I can’t thank this place enough. It is the reason why I’m alive. They’ve always have terrific care and very LGBTQ+ friendly space even going out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. Not only did I have a crisis twice but also need special care beyond that.

Dr. Christopher Hellecksonis the absolute worst provider I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m 60 years old! He’s cruel, unprofessional and condescending!! He is not willing to consider the patient or other care providers input. He’s in the wrong profession…when I first saw him I was in one of the worst places I’ve ever been and he mocked me.
