Dr Lim is the best doctor I've ever had. He understands what your needs are and he meets them more than halfway. He is what you would expect a doctor to be in the 90s, nurture and nature, I haven't found a doctor like him in over 15 years. If you are favorable enough to receive him as your doctor you will not be disappointed. Yep
3rd rate practice that can only handle basics and routine operations at best, otherwise they do not want to be hassled.. The moment you have an issue that is non standard, it is dismissed or you are bounced around to other specialists and co-payed to death. New Dr’s are not interested is solving issues. Borderline negligence here.
I would steer clear of the Providence on Kruse for primary care. It’s fine for an “urgent care” like experience, but it’s definitely prioritizing profit over care. The staff are given a very brief in person window and are very harried. I took my child there and they completely dismissed everything she said. Turns out they missed her Hashimotos… she demonstrably exhibits every single symptom, all of which the nurse completely brushed aside … we left with my daughter in tears. You should fire Mary brown for personally denying vital medication to patients, now I have now choice but to stop my medication, these people are horrible i hope I survive.
I could hear every “private” conversation between staff and people checking in. The acoustics seem to exacerbate the problem. Seems something could be done about this.
