Was just about to have a visit to this office but the girls on the phone are very rude! First was Isabel who made the appointment, second was Maria who canceled my appointment. Thank God my insurance card is not meant to be to this specific office facility. Would turn around and change providers if I were you.
Great experience here. Clean, professional and proficient. Dr. Ken shiozaki has been our pcp and he’s amazing!
Its ok other place are better, big turnover on girls that work there. Try other, lomita one is fancy
