They gave a huge help to the very first mum and dad. They encouraged us and gave us helpful hacks about breastfeeding. Thank you so much
This is my third baby but my first delivered at providence and using the mother & baby clinic. The lactation support here was so much more balanced, helpful and judgement free than my previous experiences. I had planned to refuse lactation support in the hospital but changed my mind and was pleasantly surprised to get caring support for my baby feeding journey.
This place was eager to accommodate my fragrance sensitivities so I could come for an in-person appointment. They even arranged for me to see a lactation consultant who is totally fragrance-free due to sensitivities in her family (which is probably why they get it). The lactation consultant was wonderful all-around, very knowledgeable. I am glad I went even though it was my second and I thought I had breastfeeding down after my first! I learned a couple of things that have proven very useful.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported, easing my anxieties right away. They took the time to understand my concerns and provided tailored guidance and advice that helped me overcome various breastfeeding challenges. Highly recommend to any new moms!
