The wait is consistently several hours to receive care, even for a child. Next time we'll just drive to Doernbecher.
Autistic black woman here. Went in for lung ct scan and they had the radiation beam on my head 50% of the time.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Providence Health & Services. During my daughter’s hospitalization, Dr. Zachary Muscato was involved in our care. I repeatedly asked for information about reasonable treatment alternatives and requested a second opinion because I was concerned about my daughter’s safety. I did not receive the information I was seeking, which left me feeling unheard and without confidence in the care plan.
