They called me two weeks before a procedure to 'pre check me in' so the check in process goes smoothly. They asked me all questions they already knew and then about where I work. They wanted the address and phone number and my job title. I said they didn't need to know that. I'm insured through my work btw. Then they tried to get me to pay for the appointment two weeks ahead of time by saying I'd get a discount. So if you don't pay before you get the service you're overcharged.
