I’ve been a resident at Providence Pointe for several years, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been very positive toward the end of my lease. The management here is not tenant-oriented — they prioritize policies and fees over working with residents, even those who have been in good standing for a long time. Apartments are overpriced for that you get. Overall, I would not recommend this property if you’re looking for a place where management values residents and works with you in good faith.
