Great apartments and staff but a little overpriced!
I would never presume to tell anyone where to live but I would highly recommend Providence Point!! Over the past 28 years of living my all over the country between home ownership, temp housing and renting apartments my husband and I have seen it all- the good, the bad and the ugly. This place is awesome, they are the best. Very friendly. Great place to live. Maintenance is also awesome.
This place was very nice when we first moved in. However, I wouldn't recommend living here now for numerous reasons. It is over populated currently. I can barely find a parking space and find myself parking two buildings down from my own! Then because of the overpopulation, the pool is insane! It is too small for how many people live in these apartments. And finally they build a high school near by which I can hear at ALL hours! The stadium, the students, the bells. Its horrible! We have been residents for almost 3 years, during this time we have rented the attached and detached garages, lived in 2 different buildings, lived in a 2 bedroom apartment and currently in a 3 bedroom. We have lived at Providence Pointe and Providence Pointe west. We think the management, office staff and maintenance staff have been wonderful to deal with.
